There are many different FTP applications that can be used for uploading files to a web server.  You can find most of them by doing a search in your favorite search engine for "FTP software."

From the Report window, make your choice of which report to view.

Click on "Add New Mail Name." In the field "Mail name:" you will enter the name of the e-mail account. For example, if the address for the account will be jsmith@yourdomain.com, the mail name would be "jsmith." After typing the name, click on the "Add" button.

You would check the box for "Control Panel Access" if you want this e-mail account to have control panel access for the e-mail account. Check the box for "Mailbox" if this account is not to be redirected to another account.
